VPK Classroom- Scouts

Fours/ VPK: We do offer VPK! It is free from 9am to 12pm. Wrap around care is offered at regular school hours. Pre- kinders are building on the many layers of learning opportunities and knowledge they have experienced throughout the years. Teachers focus on building strong relationships with each child. With Learning Beyond Paper guiding our teachers, they use hands-on, play-based learning opportunities to build children’s skills in STEAM, language and reading, math, physical development, and social- emotional skills. We teach the whole child and thrive to ensure our students have the skills and confidence when moving up to Kindergarten.  We take the kiddos outside up to 2 times a day based on the weather. Teachers use Conscious Discipline along with Green and Red Choices as a social- emotional curriculum to help build resilient and independent children.
